In 2009, Jaclyn ventured into the wine industry. Jaclyn started with the winery as the Events & Accounting Manager, but her position evolved as the winery continued to expand over time. She quickly became the go-to person and was promoted as the Operations Manager where she managed and oversaw the accounting and overall operations of the tasting room, events, sales, marketing and business administration.
Julianna graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelors degree in Business and Marketing. Upon graduation, she began work with a small government contractor for 6 years handling accounts payable. Juliana decided she needed a change of pace, and moved to a Fortune 500 company with revenues greater than $4.5 billion handling audit and compliance until she was promoted to Project Controller overseeing accruals and revenue adjustments, as well as assisting in the month end close process.
In an effort to be closer to home and spend more time with her family, Julianna took a position with the government managing over $2.5 billion in revenue. Her primary responsibilities included revenue and overseeing the bank account reconciliations while supervising four employees. She has experience with a variety of systems such as QuickBooks, Deltek, Oracle, EBS, SAP, Bydesign, Navision, SharePoint, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, all Microsoft word applications and CDMS.
She spends most of her free time with family doing all sorts of fun activities from parks, hiking, pool, splash pads and soccer. She loves to travel, especially to the beach, and she loves to take nature pictures and be outside.
